33pq Terms and Conditions

This document forms a legally binding agreement between the 33pq platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and the user ("you", "member", "player"). 33pq is an online gaming platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh.

2.1 Accuracy of Account Information

Each player may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person ("duplicate accounts") are found, all accounts will be immediately cancelled and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited. Providing false information during registration is strictly prohibited.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. Granting access to your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Deposit

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The withdrawal request must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• A total betting turnover equivalent to the deposit amount must be completed.

4.3 Withdrawal Rejection

33pq reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: if identity verification is not complete, if there is suspicion of fraud, if bonus conditions have not been met, or if evidence of any prohibited activity is found.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

33pq offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Fulfilling the wagering requirement means placing total bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing. The contribution rate of specific games may vary when calculating wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• 33pq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

33pq may immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the direction of a legal authority.

8.2 Closing Your Account Yourself

You may request to close your account at any time via our 24/7 live chat or email. Before closing your account, ensure there are no active bonuses or pending withdrawals. Any remaining valid balance will be returned to your registered payment method after the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, it will be marked as an inactive account. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact our support team to reactivate your account.
